BIOCERA Ceramic Balls are NSF 42 Certified and Recently Obtained NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 & 372

In the 1980s, Dr. Jeon Hyoung Tag researched with the Soviet, French, and American scientists on ruby sapphire crystal growth technology. Biocera Balls were created in the 1990s through Dr. Jeon's past researches on crystal growth technology. The process of manufacturing Biocera Ball includes a careful selection of raw materials and minerals that do not contain heavy metals. Afterward, a delicate procedure of temperature control results in the change of the crystal structures. Biocera has patents in Korea, United States, China, and other countries. The water-activated Biocera Balls are tested and certified at NSF international component for their material safety requirement only. (Component)

What are the differences between all your Biocera ceramic balls?

Biocera Ball History +

In the 1980s, Dr. Jeon Hyoung Tag researched with Soviet, French, and American scientists on ruby sapphire crystal growth technology. Biocera Balls were created in the 1990s through Dr. Jeon's past research on crystal growth technology. The process of manufacturing Biocera Ball includes a careful selection from raw materials and minerals that do not contain heavy metals. Afterward, a delicate procedure of temperature control results in the change of the crystal structures. Biocera has patents in Korea, United States, China, and other countries. The Biocera Balls are tested and certified at NSF international component for their material safety requirement only.

Biocera Balls were initially developed in the 1990s by Dr. Jeon, the current CEO and the founder of Biocera Co., Ltd. Dr. Jeon was a researcher at the Korea Institute of Ceramic Engineering and Technology run by the Korean government.

The process of Biocera Ball’s crystal growth technology and selection of the seeds are important. The main ingredients of the Biocera Ball’s seeds are the same, compared to the sapphires, rubies, and corundum. But differences come from their respective colors, sizes, shapes, values, and properties.

The ruby and sapphire crystals are grown by melting the raw materials are used at high temperatures using hydrogen and oxygen gas. Sapphire crystals can transform transparent and grow large in size, but ruby crystals cannot even if high concentrated temperatures are used. The precision of the crystal growing method turns the crystal’s flexibility in color transformations and concentrated sizes by adding foreign substances. Using this method, antibacterial balls, alkaline hydrogen production crystals, dissolved oxygen-increasing crystals, and ionized crystals were created.

Why Biocera Crystals are Different in Colors, Sizes, and Values?

Crystal bodies are grown by melting the nanomaterials, at high temperature using hydrogen and oxygen. Sapphire bodies can grow to be large and clear, but ruby or blue sapphire cannot grow to be large like a sapphire in the photo even with high concentrations of hydrogen and oxygen. With the secret growing crystal technology and by adding minute amounts of foreign substances the color turns to either red or blue, while the size grows to be small. With these crystal growing technologies & secrets, bacterial inhabitant balls, dissolved oxygen increase, alkaline, hydrogen, low NMR & ORP, and ionized Biocera balls were created.

What Are Active Oxygens (Free Radicals) +

We breathe air by inhaling oxygen. As we breathe a small number of active oxygens are created. Active oxygen, in other words, free radicals steal electrons from healthy cells causing an imbalance in the body. Unbalanced healthy cells turn into free radicals leading our body to various diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, Alzheimer’s diseases, constipation, and more diseases.

How To Prevent From Harmful Active Oxygens +

Biocera Antioxidant Alkaline-rich mineral water has essential minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, and sodium which are important minerals for our body. It is important to choose the right water. Choosing the right water will improve your metabolism and maintain health.

Understanding the Story of Biocera Crystals through Diamonds and Graphite

In order to obtain a solid material having the required physical and chemical properties, a single-phase crystal of a suitable size for processing using solid-liquid and solid-gas equilibrium relationship, heat, and mass transfer, Is a series of processes. Biocera Ball's main ingredients are all alumina. While white sapphire can grow large and transparent during manufacturing, ruby, and blue sapphire cannot be valued as white sapphire, even with high-quality oxygen and hydrogen. While white sapphire can grow large and transparent during manufacturing, ruby, and blue sapphire cannot be valued as white sapphire, even with high-quality oxygen and hydrogen. Just as white sapphire grows in size and color uniformly and is invaluable, The procedure of selecting various natural minerals is based on the principles of single-crystal growth technology. Hydrogen and oxygen are added to the heated Alumina in order to grow the crystal form slowly and carefully. Even if a single crystal of the same condition is grown, the addition of a very small amount of foreign matter causes the color of the crystal to change to red or blue and the size of the crystal to grow small. From this series of rigorous manufacturing processes, the Biocera Balls have finally been born.
