The main reason for the failure of losing weight is in the diet.  However, some people may fail because they can't control their appetite. If you restrict too many calories then you will not be able to control your food constantly and may have various side effects. Particularly, if you reduce your calorie intake too much, you might lose weight quickly at first, but you're more likely to develop yo-yo effect. Therefore, you should try to reduce the amount of food intake. On the contrary, even if the amount of food is not reasonable, you will fail. Even you do intense cardio without control diet, you will be likely to fail. It is important that you cut your calories intake, just above 200 calories than your basal metabolism. Consuming just above 200 calories with enough exercises, you will succeed, moreover, you will not get negative health effects.

Many experts say never starve while losing weight, but still many people do choose to starve to lose weight. If starving continues for a long period, we will lose muscle mass and basal metabolism, because our body uses muscle amino acids to make glucose. Lowering your metabolism will reduce your calorie requirements and your body will be out of balance due to lack of certain nutrients such as protein, carbs, and fat. However, to lose weight, make sure to eat breakfast and drink Antioxidant Hydrogen Alkaline Water frequently.
