Your Gum May Influence Your Fate

One day, when I was brushing my teeth, I found bleeding from my upper gum. Frequent stress might have influenced the bleeding and activate swelling of the gums. I suffered day after day until the inflammation swelled heavily. Frequent dentistry routine on scaling and gum management did not relieve pain, even bamboo salt, tea, herbs, and facial massage which are good for blood circulation.

X-rays from an experienced dentist from the neighborhood did not seem to catch the reason why it is happening. When I received a computed tomography at a big hospital, the periodontal inflammation was unexpectedly serious. The bone that was supposed to support the tooth firmly was melted due to the inflammation, affecting nearby healthy teeth. If the condition gets worse, then it would lead to throat inflammation. In other words, it may have affected the brain too.

The best way to treat periodontal inflammation is to scrape off all infected gums, bone implantation, and cover with plastic. I have been waiting four months for the bone to bind together. Then pain had subsided after the treatment, however, I have one more step to go, tooth implant. Both upper and lower teeth have been extirpated, but the implant is now undergoing on the lower jaw. I experienced implant surgery for the first time, though it was a very painful process. Puncturing and screwing the jawbone with a drilling machine after incision. Wait two months to heal, re-incision to insert abutment, and place a temporary crown until the permanent crown is made. During the procedure, I had to continue with painkillers and hold ice to my jaw to calm the pain.

After the tooth implant, I was instructed to brush my teeth ore thoroughly, because foreign substances can intervene between gum and tooth implant. After the meal, the gums should be thoroughly cleaned by flossing. Based on my experience, I would like to publicize the importance of gum management to the general public.

Folk remedies might not help periodontal inflammation. When the inflammation is replicated, scaling treatment at the dentist will not completely eliminate periodontal inflammation. The inflammation just slows down lurking until it hatches. Once periodontal inflammation will get worse unless they are completely removed.

To maintain gum health, you need to manage stress, control diet, and avoid sweet foods. Habits are important, make sure to brush your teeth after meals and avoid harmful sweetness. BIOCERA Antioxidant Hydrogen Alkaline water has small water molecules that may help to remove debris at every corner of the teeth. Gaggling and rinsing with BIOCERA Antioxidant Hydrogen Alkaline water might help to improve gum health and prevent periodontal inflammation.
