In summer, the physical strength decreases, and the risk of exposure to various diseases increases. In addition, it is a time when food is quickly damaged due to the weather, and the risk of food poisoning increases, so caution is needed. In particular, if your physical strength is low, you are not only easily exposed to these pathogens, but it can also be fatal because your immune system does not work properly. So what can you do to keep your immune system up?

Aphrodisiac is about replenishing immunity and energy by relaxing the body and taking good care of health. In Korea, there are three lucky days a year, and there is a custom of eating healthy food with Chobok, Duongbok, and Malbok. The most commonly eaten health food is samgyetang, a chicken dish. Samgyetang has a lot of essential amino acids including methionine, so it is effective in revitalizing the skin, and it has a tonic effect, skin beautification, respiratory strengthening, and rejuvenation. In addition to samgyetang, eel, Korean beef, duck meat, and chueotang, which are known as representative stamina recovery agents, are considered as preferred health foods.

Why do you need nourishing food?

It is known that the sweltering heat of summer weakens the immune system and increases the mortality rate. In fact, there is also a study that results that a death rate increases when the sweltering heat in summer is severe. Experts say that the heatwave not only causes heart diseases such as heat stroke and heat stroke but also increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases such as stroke. This is because when the temperature rises, blood pressure drops, water is lost, and blood circulation function decreases. A large amount of sweat discharged outside the body in hot weather leads to a lack of water necessary for daily life. When there is a lack of water in the body, the blood circulation that flows with water also deteriorates. This affects the heart's ability to supply blood throughout the body, and if you don't get enough blood, you get tired easily.

In this way, due to the energy damage in the summer, the blood circulation is not good, so even though I ate enough, I have no energy, and it is difficult to get up in the morning. He lacks the motivation to do everything, and everything becomes a nuisance. Sweat discharged in hot weather contains not only water but also nutrients such as sodium and electrolytes for daily life. Electrolytes help cells in the bodywork normally, and when electrolytes are insufficient, dizziness, irregular heartbeat, vomiting, and difficulty breathing occur. This eventually breaks down the immune system that protects the body from pathogens and makes it easier to expose to various diseases. Therefore, aphrodisiac is a kind of prevention method to protect the body from disease by setting up the broken immune system.

Drink water occasionally

Our body consists of 60-70% water, and water plays an important role in regulating body temperature and delivering nutrients to each organ. However, in summer, it becomes a difficult season for our body to retain the necessary moisture. This is because water is lost through sweat as the temperature is high and the number of activities increases. Older people can easily become dehydrated. If the body lacks water, the blood becomes turbid, and if dehydration becomes severe, the cardiovascular or nervous system may be strained. It is recommended to drink water from time to time to avoid dehydration. However, it is recommended to drink water 30 minutes after eating because the elderly or children with weak digestion may have a limited supply of nutrients through meals due to the weak secretion of digestive juices.

In addition to chicken with medicinal herbs, Haesintang is full of healthy ingredients such as octopus and abalone.
