Does Organic Juice Cause Cancer?

Popular drinks like RTDs (Ready to Drink) attracts consumers with the advantages of convenience and ease of purchase, and they are commonly bought in convenience stores and hypermarkets. They vary from organic juices to flavored drinks. Despite its popularity, warnings about sugary drinks are also drawing attention from researchers and scientists. A recent study was announced at the British medical journal that drinking sugary drinks significantly increases the risk of cancer. The French researchers reported, 2192 cancer patients were associated with the consumption of sugary drinks such as sugar-sweetened beverages, organic fruit juices, and artificially sweetened drinks by the epidemiology studies from 2009 to 2017.

When drinking sugary drinks, the sugars are quickly absorbed and metabolized only in the liver. But too much sugar can cause fatigue and quickly flow to its limits, replacing insulin, an energy storage hormone, to process the remaining sugar. When insulin converts sugar into fat to store energy, problems arise. Insulin also tries to keep you lazy and inactive by sending you a signal that you're hungry when you're hungry. As a result, eating too much sugar can lead to weight gain and laziness compared to other foods. Low-fat products, however, have less fat and tasteless than high-calorie foods. Supplementary sugars are used to compensate for this, which oxidizes cholesterol in the body, destroying vascular health. There are many voices saying that you do not have to eat low-fat products. The main causes of obesity are carbohydrates and sugars, not fats. People without health problems do not have to be obsessed with low fat. Even low-fat foods contain a lot of added sugar, which can harm health. Even people who try to keep their diet thoroughly for the purpose of dieting often do not lose their carbonated beverages and lose weight as they think. Frequently sold carbonated beverages often use sugar and liquid fructose to sweeten, which in turn can lead to obesity, so be careful. In 2010, the American Heart Association analyzed the global burden of disease research to study the association between global deaths and carbonated beverages. The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends a sugar standard of less than 5% of total calorie intake per day, or 25g, 5% for 2000 kcal per day.

DRINK WATER INSTEAD

Alkaline minerals are essential for all metabolism in our body in order for our bodies to stay healthy. Minerals are necessary nutrients that help our bodies work properly, including bones, teeth, and blood oxygen. Alkaline mineral water is also beneficial to your health, such as adjusting to maintain an appropriate pH in your body. If there is a lack of minerals and water in the body, we will be better exposed to various diseases and increase the frequency of stress. In particular, minerals cannot be produced by our bodies themselves, so they must be supplied from outside. Minerals in water are faster to absorb than the minerals found in fruits and vegetables. Water increases the amount of blood and lymph in your body, helping to smooth out waste. The long-term realization for health is to drink more clean water, exercise more and stay away from unhealthy food.
