KINTEX has announced that the "Korea Industry Exhibition (KoINDEX with G-FAIR, hereafter KoINDEX)" will be held from the 21st to the 23rd of this month at the Yashobhoomi Convention Center in New Delhi, India. Co-hosted by Gyeonggi Province, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, and Goyang City, the exhibition will feature over 280 companies and a total of 600 exhibition booths, showcasing the latest technologies and products across various industries.
The exhibition will feature major Korean companies, such as Hyundai Motor and LG Electronics, presenting innovative technologies and new products. Hyundai Motor, having recently succeeded in listing its shares in India, will showcase its popular electric vehicle lineup and hold special events to highlight the vision of eco-friendly mobility in the local market. LG Electronics will present premium home appliances targeted at India’s growing middle class, while organizations such as the Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation (aT), Lotte Wellfood, and Orion will introduce a variety of K-food products that are gaining popularity in India, continuing the K-food trend.
In addition, BioCera’s sales team is actively participating in the exhibition. The team is on-site presenting BioCera's cutting-edge ceramic technologies and products, including NSF-certified ceramic balls, which are drawing significant attention in the Indian market. The sales staff are engaging with local customers and leading meetings with potential buyers to showcase BioCera’s advanced product offerings and market potential. Their efforts aim to establish stronger connections in India and expand BioCera's presence in the region.
Moreover, the Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business (KOSME) and the Gyeonggi Business & Science Promotion Agency (GBSA) have selected 44 excellent SMEs and 50 companies, respectively, to participate in the exhibition, showcasing the technology and products of well-established small businesses. On the opening day, a large-scale "Business Consultation Meeting" will be held, co-organized by the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) and GBSA, where more than 3,600 buyers will engage in discussions, creating new opportunities for collaboration between Korean and Indian companies. Additionally, an investment attraction competition will be held, providing a platform for Indian companies to explore the potential of new products and business models from Korean companies.
During the exhibition, the "Korea-India Business Forum" will be held on the 22nd, jointly hosted by the Korea International Trade Association (KITA), The Herald, and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). The forum will bring together around 500 key business figures from both countries to discuss industrial cooperation and explore opportunities for Korean companies to enter the Indian market, as well as for Indian companies to collaborate with Korea. Through this exhibition, Korean companies will have a valuable opportunity to expand their presence in the Indian market, forge stronger collaborations, and enhance their global business prospects.
