지난 7월 15~16일, 이틀간 바이오세라는 워크샵을 인천 영종도에서 개최하였습니다.

From July 15th to 16th, Biocera's workshop was held in Yeongjongdo, Incheon.

이번 워크샵은 바이오세라 임직원이 모두 참여하여 향후 미래에 대한 비젼 및 미션 설정을 위해서 심도 있게 논의하는 자리가 되었습니다.

This workshop became a place for in-depth discussions to establish a vision and mission for the future with the participation of Biocera employees.

또한, ▲ 바이오세라가 추구해야 할 고객을 위한 가치 ▲ 바이오세라 강점과 성장을 위한 개선과제 ▲ 바이오세라 미래 등 여러가지 주제로 조별 토론을 진행하였습니다. 

In addition, group discussions were held on various topics such as ▲ value for customers that Biocera should pursue, ▲ improvement tasks for Biocera's strengths, and growth ▲ for Biocera's future.

한편, 15일 오전 바이오세라는 한국생산기술연구원에 방문하여 연구원 미팅 및 연구 현장 견학을 하였습니다. 

Meanwhile, on the morning of the 15th, Biocera visited the Korea Institute of Industrial Technology and had a meeting with researchers and a tour of the research site.

이처럼 30년 이상 경력의 바이오세라 기술진(엔지니어)들은 항상 물, 공기, 세균, 반도체설비, 식품, 세라믹 등의 현안에 대한 솔루션을 고심하고 있으며, 고객의 만족과 서비스를 위해서 최선을 다하고 있습니다.

As such, Biocera engineers (engineers) with over 30 years of experience are always contemplating solutions to current issues such as water, air, bacteria, semiconductor equipment, food, and ceramics, and are doing their best for customer satisfaction and service.
